OVERVIEW

As Head of Operations and Programmes you will be responsible for
developing and delivering operational plans in line with and ensuring
that the organisation achieves its growth ambitions as set out in our

Together?. You will need to be able to oversee programme delivery
and bring the best out of a small, committed team so we can deliver
the strategic aims of Belong to in a creative and inspiring way that
will engage others.
We are looking for a well-organised Head of Operations and Programmes
to oversee activities across various departments, coordinate
communication with the Board of Trustees, ensure regulatory
compliance, and manage the implementation of IT systems.
To be successful as a head of operations and programmes, you should
demonstrate solid leadership and analytical skills. Ultimately, a
competent Head of Operations and Programmes should ensure staff
productivity and wellbeing. This role offers an exciting opportunity
to join one of the most dynamic youth organisations in Ireland.
